Please email us at propertyinfo@delawarerentalhomes.com the following information:
1. Address of Property including neighborhood, city, state & zip code
2. Rental Price & availability
3. Your name, telephone number & email address for contact information
4. Brief description of the home including number of bedrooms, baths, style of home (town home, single home, apartment, etc.) Appliances that are included, etc.
5. You may include a picture or two but please make sure it is no larger than 640 x 480 and that you include the number/street/room in the name of the .jpg file (ex. 1ScottLR.jpg)
Please note that listings stay on the site until you tell us to remove them (or if they are on for a prolonged period of time without owner contact or if a prospective tenant reports that they cannot reach you or get a response.)
Remember!!! You must now register all rental properties within New Castle County!! Please visit: New Castle County Registration Information for a copy of the forms.
